A real treat in store onboard Oasis Class ships

With every one of its 22 ships in its fleet offering a great variety of speciality restaurants, Royal Caribbean International is again building on their commitment to ensure dining options and cuisine are at their very best for passengers.

The latest innovation is the addition of Oasis class dining across more of their ships. Serenade of the Seas will benefit from a Royal Advantage refurbishment when she emerges from dry dock in December 2012. Added during this upgrade will have been Giovanni’s Table, Izuma and the Chefs Table Experience.

Giovanni’s Table aboard this ship will have even more attractive deals for diners. The Celebration Dining Deal, which incredibly costs just $20 per person, is valid on the first 2 nights of each voyage. This will offer groups of more than 4 diners a meal and drinks credit to the value of $30.

If there are groups of 8 diners or more, these can be catered for in the “Set Sailing Dining Deal”. This includes dinner on the first night of the voyage at Giovanni’s Table for $14 per person representing excellent value in a superb setting.

If you have a love of wine or are just interested in it, then the Lafite Wine Tasting Experience is for you. This is being added to more ships at just $23 to $25 per person and represents excellent value. Following the wine theme, guests will also be able to partake in tasting a wide range of wines from the Bordeaux region of France. This is being run in partnership with Domaines Barons de Rothchild and led by a Royal Caribbean cellar master. Here guests will be able to share the cellar masters’ specialist knowledge on the various wines, their history and what are the ideal foods to complement them. To complete this experience perfectly, guests will be able to take home with them a package souvenir that includes such things as wine makers notes and recipes.

This particular experience is available on 11 of the ships: Allure of the Seas, Oasis of the Seas, Independence of the Seas, Liberty of the Seas, Freedom of the Seas, Mariner of the Seas, Navigator of the Seas, Adventure of the Seas, Explorer of the Seas, Jewel of the Seas and Enchantment of the Seas.

All of these special offers are over and above the fantastic dining enhancements which are going to be regularly available to guests on board. These will include the option of the Royal Choice Dining Package. As grand as it sounds, this package includes dinner at Chops Grille, Giovannis Table and Izumi for just $55. Alternatively, the Chefs Table Dining Package is just $130 per guest and includes the same offers as the Royal Choice, but also has the addition of intimate dining experience of the “Chefs Table”.
