What is there to do on board?

The centrepiece of Pacific Dawn is undoubtedly The Dome, a domed entertainment centre that is host to a range of live shows, including comedy nights and musical performances. In fact, the ship is host to a number of comedy cruises next year, where you’ll enjoy performances from several great comedians.

There is also a fully-featured fitness centre with weights and cardio equipment, a jogging track, health spa, library and more. And you’ll have several restaurants and 9 bars & lounges to choose from.

Pacific Dawn history

First launched in 1990 after being built in Monfalcone, Italy by Fincantieri, Pacific Dawn started her life under the name of Regal Princess. She was officially named in New York City by then UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, and split her time between the Carribean and Alaska.

The ship became Pacific Dawn in 2007, following extensive refurbishment work. In December 2009 she was moved to Hamilton, Brisbane, and has been based there ever since.
