About Norwegian Cruise Line

Founded as Norwegian Caribbean Line back in 1966, the company started out as a one-ship operation, ferrying passengers between Europe and the Caribbean.

Today, the company is headquartered in Miami-Dade County, and offers cruises to a wide variety of beautiful destinations around the globe. Norwegian Cruise Line continues to grow as a company and will be introducing four new cruise ships over the next few years.

One of the cruise line’s most famous features is its ‘Freestyle Cruising’, which aims for a more relaxed atmosphere by doing away with set meal times, seating plans or formal dress code. So if you’re looking for a great cruise with a laid-back feel, look no further than Norwegian Cruise Lines.
