About Liberty of the Seas

Liberty of the Seas is a Freedom-class cruise ship under Royal Caribbean cruises. Freedom-class ships are larger cruise ships with a wide selection of activities for guests to choose from. There’s a definite emphasis on fun and enjoyment here, but you’ll still feel at home if you’re the type of person who likes to relax.

Adventurous types will enjoy the rock climbing wall, which features 11 routes up and a central spire to swing around. There’s also a Flowrider – a fantastic surfing simulator that’s guaranteed to be shark-free!

There’s also a fitness centre with all the weights and cardio equipment you’ll need to stay in shape, a mini golf course, H20 water park and more.

If you’re bringing the kids (or maybe if you enjoy channelling your inner child), the DreamWorks Experience is for you: movie favourites like Shrek, Fiona and Kung Fu Panda are all here, and you can also watch some of their movies on the big 3D screen or in your stateroom.

After all that activity you might be feeling hungry – and there’s a huge choice when it comes to food and drink. The main dining room offers a range of dishes with excellent service, but there’s also a number of specialty restaurants to cater for all tastes. Sorrentos offers great Italian food, from pizza to pasta and everything in between. Chops Grille is a high-end grill offering delicious cuts of meat. Johnny Rockets is a laid-back 50s style burger bar. And vintages provides a selection of fine wines from vineyards around the globe. There’s so much here, you might find it hard to choose!

Staterooms on Liberty of the Seas

As with everything else on the ship, there’s a wide selection of staterooms on board. The very best options are the Suites or Deluxe Staterooms, which are exquisitely furbished, with plenty of room to live in and a number of exclusive amenities like priority check-in & departure and concierge service.

Balcony suites are also a good call, with plenty of space and your own private balcony where you can take in the view. Or you could choose an Outside stateroom, relatively modest rooms with a window looking out across the ocean.

Finally, for the budget-conscious, an Inside Stateroom should do the trick – the cheapest accommodation on board, but still very comfortable and welcoming.
