Legend of the Seas is a fantastic ship to return to after an exciting day of exploring one of the ship’s many stunning destinations. Cruise 1st Australia has all the latest deals – see our Legend of the Seas cruise deals here.

About Legend of the Seas

Legend of the Seas was the very first Vision Class cruise ship for Royal Caribbean Cruises. Its maiden voyage was in May 1995 and the ship has been thrilling passengers ever since, visiting a wide range of destinations including Asia, Australia & New Zealand, the South Pacific, Alaska, Central America, the Caribbean and many more.

The glass walls that surround the ship make for pleasant cruising – and you’ll never find yourself short of things to do on board, whether you’re looking for sport, rest & relaxation, entertainment or fine dining.

The fully-featured Fitness Centre is ideal for the health fanatics, not to mention the Sports Court. Or if you feel like pampering yourself, check the Day Spa or take some time out by the Solarium Pool. Have a flutter in the casino, perhaps. And if you’re worried about what the kids are going to do, worry no more – they’re in safe hands with the Adventure Ocean programme.

And after dark, the fun continues, with eight bars and lounges and a nightclub to see you through the night.

Dining on Legend of the Seas

As you might expect from a Royal Caribbean cruise, dining on board Legend of the Seas is full of variety. There are laid back, casual options, high-end options and everything in between. Whatever your tastes you’ll surely find something to whet your appetite.

There’s the Windjammer Cafe – great for a quick snack or a more relaxed dinner. Then there are speciality restaurants serving dishes from around the globe, including Italian and Spanish cuisine. Even the main dining hall offers plenty of choice day after day.

Make sure you check out the Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Bar when you need to cool off a little. Or for a nice relaxing coffee or even a beer, try on-board Coffee Bar.

Staterooms on Legend of the Seas

Whatever your budget, there is a room for you on Legend of the Seas. Even the low-budget Interior staterooms feature luxury bedding, tasteful decor, TV, telephone, sitting area and safe. And for a little more you can get an outside stateroom with sea views.

Balcony suites offer a more spacious living experience, complete with your own private balcony to let the ocean air into your room, or to take in the view.

And the Suites and Deluxe Staterooms take the quality up yet another notch, with much more space, fine decor and a range of exclusive benefits such as concierge service and priority check-in & departure.
