Carnival Cruises expands its itineraries on Carnival Dream

Carnival Cruise Lines has announced an expansion to its year-round schedule for the ship Carnival Dream, which departs from Port Canaveral in Florida and sails to destinations in the eastern Caribbean.

The new expanded itinerary will include a fantastic eight day Caribbean cruise and another two shorter five day programmes. Passengers can also take of a seven day trip around the eastern Caribbean which will make stops at four ports.

These great new cruise itineraries will give holidaymakers more options from the ever popular hub of Central Florida. The move is also a smart move commercially for Carnival Cruise Lines as the new holiday options further cements its reputation as the leader in Caribbean cruises. The line will now operate 1,250 voyages every year, carrying a huge 3.6 million passengers within the Caribbean.

The New Eight-Day Carnival Dream Voyage

This new fantastic eight-day Caribbean trip has a range of beautiful port stops and locations that will ensure that all holidaymakers will have a trip of a lifetime. There will be extended stops at the spectacular islands of Aruba, Grand Turk and Curacao. The eastern Caribbean cruise will stop at four stops: Tortola, Grand Turk, St. Maarten and St. Thomas. From May 2014 and running through to March 2015, Carnival Cruises will put on seven south Caribbean cruises and another six eastern Caribbean voyages. The new shorter five day cruises, onboard a Dream class ship, will also depart in May and October 2014, and in March 2015. These five day cruises will make stops in the ports of Nassau, Key West and Freeport, while some day visits are offered to Grand Turk and Nassau.

The longer seven day cruises will allow holidaymakers to experience a much fuller array of stops and activities, including stopping at San Juan, St. Thomas, Grand Turk and Nassau. This voyage runs alongside the western Caribbean itinerary, which calls at the sought after locations of Belize, Cozumel, Mahogany Bay and Costa Maya. Both of these seven-day cruises are set to sail throughout the year.
