Norwegian Rolls Out All Inclusive ‘All You Can Drink’ Deal

Forget forking out for drinks packages or emptying the wallet at your favourite cruise ship bar. Norwegian has shaken up the way passengers drink with a brand new ‘all you can drink’ beer, wine and spirits deal, for FREE!

The trial was introduced last summer as a limited time only offer. Now, passengers on-board the Norwegian Sky are set to enjoy unlimited booze, at zero extra cost. The new deal will kick off in January 2016 and will be available exclusively on the ship’s four day voyages from Miami to the Bahamas.

For those who are new to cruising and slightly worried about racking up a huge bar tab, the offer is hugely appealing. For this reason, Norwegian will definitely be a favourite among new cruisers in the new year. Norwegian maintains that the all-inclusive offer will “strongly differentiate us from our competitors,” and “introduce a lot of new people to cruising.”

While market researchers are maintaining that the line has put up the price of its 2016 sailings in order to compensate for the free drinks, the margin is largely insignificant in comparison to the average daily spend an individual passengers pays for drinks.
